Welcome to the Autism Society of Alaska

Mission: To improve the lives of all affected by autism. We do this by increasing public awareness about the day-to-day issues faced by people on the spectrum, advocating for appropriate services for individuals across the lifespan, and providing the latest information regarding treatment, education, research, and advocacy. We are committed to meaningful participation and self-determination in all aspects of life for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.

The Autism Society of Alaska is a 501(c)3 organization that depends heavily on donations. Please know that contributions are tax deductible and will be used locally.

Exciting News for our Information & Referral Help Desk

“You’re right,

we could definitely do this better!”

Our Information & Referral Help Desk is being transformed and will launch soon.

What are we working on?

We are completing a Tool Guide and Frequently Asked Questions tab to better serve our Alaskan Families with Autism.

In the meantime

While we work to improve our current system there will be a delay in our response.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while this segment of the Autism Society of Alaska is under construction.  We anticipate our help desk being up and running (& more efficient) soon!

While you are waiting we can offer our National Office number to assist with immediate Information and Referral Inquiries.
